Jeff notes the rocky start
Lawayne is a lot of fun to coach, he’s got a great attitude
States Keyjuan “got nicked up in the head”
“The more he runs and gets in the flow the better he gets” - re Linc
CL just asked about Isaac’s lack thereof in practicing. As he said that Jeff had a smirk in his face
“We’ll need him next week” - re IB
Noting the penalties is frustrating and they’ve been working on cleaning it uo
“We gotta keep pushing the envelope” in terms of getting the big play on offense
Notes there were alignment and assignment errors in the 1Q

- Kevin Jennings is a top 3 QB in the country in JB’s opinion
- Really good at extending the play … when you look at production and consistency, he’s right there at the top
- His experienced has crushed us the last couple of years
- (how does he compare to Chambliss) “we got into the backfield but we couldn’t tackle (Chambliss)”
Said they’ll continue to work on it all week
- (how much does LK being on offense help prepare the defense?) we all gotta be dialed in… gotta be able to do it game speed
- Q: is it more important to take away KJ’s running ability?
Jeff: we have to figure out how to take away that rhythm… have to take away his ability to extend the play and buy more time
- Demeco Kennedy is out Sat
- Abercrombie back
- Hopeful about Cason Henry
- When asked about Marquise Davis, Jeff says “done a really good job from day 1. I’m sure he was disappointed about not playing game 1 but he took advantage of his opportunity”
Jeff shrugs off question about the heat playing a factor. Says they’ll be ready.

What’s more surprising (to me), Wibberly is the one that got bumped

Definitely was. Was also the projected OL.going in
I will say Brown has had the lowest lows, but he also probably does have a higher ceiling than Wibbz. Wibbz is never going to out physical a Nose. Browns mistakes arent based on his physical abilities atleast it doest seem that way.
